Start with the details you know
Sign in with your own Google account. Enter a full name, age from 18 to 120, and city or location; select at least one available platform and confirm authorized use. Known usernames are optional: provide up to 10, separated by commas, without passwords. A name entered on the homepage carries forward to the form.
Check dating and social-platform coverage
Tinder, Bumble and Hinge require an enabled dating-platform supplier. Built-in search covers indexed Instagram, Facebook and TikTok profiles. OnlyFans, Happn, Meetic and Fruitz are not currently supported. Disabled sources cannot be selected. If no sources are available, wait until availability returns rather than paying for assumed coverage.
Photos, monitoring and private accounts
Photo upload, face search and recurring monitoring are not enabled. You cannot read private messages, unlock private posts or track a device. Homepage platform labels describe search interests, not a guarantee that each service can currently be queried.
Follow progress and reopen a report
After submission, the form opens a completed report when the request succeeds. You can also visit Your searches in your account for status and previous results. There is no fixed completion promise. For a job processing more than five minutes, reopen your account to trigger failed-job recovery and credit return.
Understand a possible match
Results show platform names, titles, snippets and original URLs. Compare exact handles and visible details before deciding whether a result belongs to your partner or date. Photos and full bios are not standalone report fields; they may be visible on the original website. An old profile does not establish current use or cheating.
No results or the wrong person
Double-check spelling, location and usernames, and review which platforms were included. Some profiles are private or not indexed. A completed empty report still uses one credit; another query costs another credit. No results does not prove that no dating account exists.
Privacy and notifications
Cheatbuster does not notify the person you look up. Reports require the Google account that owns them and are not automatically published. Providers process the data needed to run the service. Visiting a linked profile follows that platform’s privacy and visitor-visibility rules.
Payment, credits and refunds
Review the actual allowance and final price before buying. Basic and Expanded are one-time purchases with the same enabled sources. Failed queries return credits; completed queries do not automatically return them. For missing paid credits or cash-refund requests, read Refunds and Search Credits or contact support.
Account access and report email
Use the same Google account as before. If you cannot sign in, recover access through Google; we cannot reset a Google password. Where report email is enabled, the button sends an account-protected link to your verified email, not to the person searched. Check spam and allow delivery time before retrying.
Request data help or report a problem
Contact support with your account email and a report or order ID. For access, correction, deletion or account-closure requests, describe what you want reviewed. If a public result concerns you, provide its source URL. There is no self-service delete button yet; contact requests require review and may need identity verification.
